  • Guaranteed operation up to 105ºC and beyond
  • Datalogs of testing, with serialization of parts
  • Guaranteed operation to -40ºC and lower
  • 100% Burn-in (HTRB) per Customer requirement
  • Thermal Cycle Testing on a per lot basis
  • Thermal Shock Testing on per lot basis
  • Full Parametric testing at room temp, elevated temp, or over a temperature sweep

    Full Product Traceability

    We are able to maintain full product traceability per the following:

    • Full assembly traceability by manufacturing lot
    • Archive samples per each manufacturing lot
    • Full materials traceability by material lot
    • Archive of records for a minimum period of 5 years
    • For temperatures above 105ºC, please consult factory
    • For temperatures below 40ºC, please consult factory
    • Longer archive periods available upon request
