SSO announces immediate availability of the AD6C111 relay to address market shortage.

SAN JOSE, California (April 24, 2001)…Solid State Optronics, Inc. (SSO), an award-winning designer and manufacturer of miniature solid state relays (SSRs), today announced the immediate availability of its AD6C111.

The AD6C111 provides a blocking voltage of 400V, load current rating of 120mA and is a pin-to-pin compatible alternative to Infineon’s LH1546. And with the optional current limiting feature (-L suffix), the AD6C111-L offers robust over-current protection in telecom circuits that may be susceptible to load transients.

In addition to the AD6C111/-L, SSO offers a broad range of SSRs that can provide a second source alternative to many OEMs experiencing delivery problems or product discontinuations.
